(“Sensus”), a leading technology company providing energy and water utility customers worldwide with innovative conservation products and services, announced today that it has accepted for purchase an aggregate of $274,980,000 (99.99%) of its 8-5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013 (the “Notes”) that were tendered in connection with its previously announced tender offer and consent solicitation.
