Sensus, a leading provider of clean-technology solutions, announced today that Lou D’Ambrosio has been named Chairman of the Board of Directors, succeeding Jonathan “Jeb” Boucher, Managing Partner of The Jordan Company. D’Ambrosio will lead the overall strategy and direction of the company, working closely with management and the Board. Boucher will remain on the Board.

Lou D’Ambrosio served as CEO of two Fortune 500 companies, Sears Holdings and Avaya, Inc. He also spent 16 years at IBM in various domestic and international executive roles and was a member of its Worldwide Management Committee.
