Engineering Leadership Development Program

(U.S only)

Do you embrace change and challenges? Are you passionate about technology? Do you have a competitive spirit that drives you to excel at what you do? If so, you may be a candidate for our Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP).

ELDP’s goal is to attract and accelerate the development of early-career engineering professionals to improve our Engineering leadership pipeline. In exchange, you will gain specific, real-life work experience and training designed to develop critical skill sets that can enhance your career.

The two-year program features three eight-month rotational assignments that will challenge you to stretch beyond your current knowledge and skill level, and add real value to the business. At the end of each rotation you will present your results to our executive team.

In addition, ELDPs attend four external training courses designed to prepare you for leadership opportunities at either North Carolina State University or the University of North Carolina. Typical courses include: Project Management, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Leadership Effectiveness and Developing Leadership Communication Skills.

Also, because we believe in professional and personal development, all ELDP participants become certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts.
